Cape Rugby, presented by JP Naude, goes live every Wednesday night from 9pm to 10pm.

The show looks at club rugby in the Western Cape and features a panel of guests from the rugby world, including Herman Abrahams (Deputy CEO of the WPRFU), Egon Seconds (former Western Province player, now with Hamiltons's RFC) and Paul Delport current Springbok Sevens player). These guests discuss with JP the results, logs and fixtures for the week ahead and answer viewer questions on Facebook, Twitter and the Western Province club rugby forum.

Viewers can take part in competitions via sms and win giveaways from our sponsors EVOX, Leisure Group Hotels and Meccer as well as actively participate in the show via live Facebook and Twitter feeds or send in fan pictures and videos.
